Melt 2 tbsp butter in a self-adherent skillet over a medium heat and fry half of the plantains, turning them over once, for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Take the plantains out of the skillet, put in a platter and keep warm.
Repeat with the remaining butter and plantains.
Serve plantains sprinkled with cajeta or Lechera Milk and Salvadorian cream.
